Yes, but only to a limited extent. There are various methods for the same.
1. Body Language: This is the most widely used, but used unconsciously by all of us. We can tell how a person is feeling, whether he/she is lying, etc by observing his/her body language. We can even learn it to do professionally and consciously.
2. Get him drunk: He will speka out his mind once drunk--this is conventional wisdom.
3. Hypnotism: This works up to a certain extent, but requires permission and co-operation from the subject.
4. Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (f-MRI): This is the most scientific method (but most vague, due to technical limitations) so far. It scans a person's brains and lets you know whether he is feeling happy or sad, depressed or elated, fearful or confident etc. But obviously the subject has to allow this exam!
5. Psychological projection: if I know your attitudes and typical responses to certain situations, I can put myself in your shoes and predict what you might think or feel about a certain stimulus.
6. Psychic methods: Some people claim to be psychic and be able to read your mind. Personally, I don't believe in this stuff.

Of course there is-- it isn't a common trait but many of us can--- it's called mental telepathy and there has been government trials of such since the 60's and the cold war. Have you heard of remote viewing?--- Military trained to zoom in on targets all over the world to be able to find arms, etc. and were successful. Not all of us humans are brain dead- and yes, you can fine tune your gifts if you give it a chance--- how is your intuition? you know, that little voice that tells you to do this or do that and when you dont listen bad things happen - like someone else wins the lotto instead of you or you get a flat tire because you went down the road your little voice told you not to do---it's more than intuition--

I sense you wanna know if others wanna know what you know.
No
they don't. If you really want to read someones mind you ask them questions, just like you are doing now, the smarter you are the more you will learn about what they think by their answers.
If you are looking for a better chance at telepathy you don't read or get read anything your not a transmitter or reciever but the wire or the signal shared by both.
You gotta expect Karmic laws to come into play concerning syncronous harmony versus chaos in other words chances are if you can read theirs they can read yours.
can you dig it
i mean can you emphasize
beyond yourself?

I believe it is to a certain extent. When your spirits connect and you make a special bond with another person or persons, I believe you can almost finish the other ones sentences. I have been married 33 years and we know exactly what the other person is thinking and when they aren't telling the straight of something to try to get over on you. Sometimes it makes the other person mad, but if it comes out it just does. Truth never hurts anyone and is usually always the best.

I am so psychic It bothers me sometimes.I knew the exact time my grandfather would die.I woke up startled and upset when a friend was killed. .my mother was the same way.we both could tell when people are evil.I can pick up on if a person is lieing.every time. I have picked the sex of a baby 14 times in a row.right when I am told there pregnant.I just know the sex.My mother once told me I was going to get cut .she called me three times. to warn me.and I did. bad. it cut the tendons in my arm.But its hard to actually read a persons thoughts. just a general feeling of whats going to happen. are there general mood.are if there up to no good.I picked a stock when I was fifteen that went from 25 cents to five dollars a share in six months. after it kind of jumped out of the paper at me. when I used to play with stocks when I was young.[computer service center].I knew a friend was going to be killed and I warned him to move from his home.I got all upset and said I would pay for him and his family to move to move. and he got shot by a man looking for his wife who his wife was friends with.a week later.I could write a book on things that have happened.and knew about them before hand . I told a lot of people there was going to be a large explosion in N Y C before 911. I thought it might be a nuke.Peace

no. nobody can "read" anyone else's mind. but you can study the dynamics of body language and speech patterns and if you get good at it you could often make an educated guess as to what someone's thinking. there have been many tests done to establish the accuracy of those who claim they can read minds, and they all proved that its not possible.

We all can to a certain extent: reading people's facial expressions and body language lets us know what kind of mood they're in or what their opinion is about something.
