A man of great faith was trapped in his house during a flood. As the waters rose he remained calm and said to himself, "God will save me."
A neighbor in a boat came by and told the man to get in, but the man said, "No thank you. God will save me."
The water continued to rise and the man had to climb onto his roof to avoid drowning. A police boat came by and told the man to get in, but he also told them, "No thank you. God will save me".
The waters rose still higher and now he had to scramble to the top of the house's chimney to prevent from being swept away. Just in time, a Coast Guard helicopter saw the man, lowered him a rope ladder, and told him to climb on and they would take him to safety. But still he refused their aide saying, "God will save me."
The man drowned in the flood.
But being a good man and of great faith he went to heaven. When he saw God, the man asked, "God, all my life I have believed in You and have always had great faith in You. Why then, when the flood came, did You not save me?"
And God replied, "I sent you two boats and a helicopter!"

Well if you hear a voice out loud that would be really frightening and if you were to tell anyone they would think you are bloody daft or crazy. But within yourself you must seek the answers you are searching for from G-D. Just pray and be sincere, and then you may sleep on it and in the morning clear your mind and let go of your thoughts don't stress on it, it will come in the way of your mind and the little conscience inside your soul will tell your mind. That is the communication process with G-D is through the soul to the mind. And remember talk to G-D from your soul, not your mind or mixed up emotions. Make a clarity to your questions and prayers, and it will come have patience.

God always does. It might not be the answer we expected or it might not come on a time we wanted it to come but rest assured, it is the best answer at the perfect time. We humans have a tendency to think of Him like a search engine...that if we need something, we can get that answer just as what we have in mind. But we have to remember that God's thoughts are higher than ours. that's why He is God. While we humans only sees this part of here and now, God sees eternity. Whatever answer He has for you, even if it is a "no", it is surely the best answer to your prayer.

In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holly Spirit One God,Amen.
Dear,
Let the peace of God be with you.
In the first place you do not worry about everything.Be calm.Look around you.Things are going/moving in order (animals and plants, and nature itself).Look at yourself you have respiratory organ to breath, you have legs to walk, hands to do with, mind to think etc.Think also your existence.Forget the scientific hypothesis about your existence but consider nature and appreciate. Then it tells you there is a very Omnipotent,Almighty, all knowing power.Secondly try to read the Holly Bible and get some ideas.Besides ask which is the first religion. Then follow it.You will get rest for your flesh and soul.To know God it does not cost you a lot.Be obedient, accepting what is in the Bible even though it seems foolish.
Let God help you.

et me put you mind to rest. Do not count on god because he does not exist. People always say that he will answer them and that you have to wait.
Take a look at that, you have to wait. Anything will happen when you wait. If you prayer for years to get a good job, nine years later, you get the job you want... did he answer your prayer? No, time just had to pass to for it to happen.
Prayers are only answered because of coincidences. If you pray to a jug of juice, and you get what you prayed for... did the jug of juice answerd your prayer? Everyone would say it was just coincidence, but when they use god's name... it's a miracle. Just do things for your self, take care of your self, and rely more on yourself and your resources to get through it all.
Believing in god will only give you a false hope that he will answer your question and that your problems will be solved.

God isn't going to come down on a magic cloud and answer your prayers (sorry to say). Just keep praying and when everything works out, you'll see the results. Remember that prayer isn't always asking God to miraculously fix a problem situation, but asking for the fortitude and strength to overcome it.

Bob isn't in basic terms genuine yet Bob's answer is completely consistent with the present thinking in quantum mechanics that the mere fact differences the end results of particular experiments. between the biggest problems with documents is that maximum individuals of people who use them have not got a clue approximately documents. you're saying "we" have performed statistical sorting out. in case you have been in touch as your use of the term "we" exhibits the place are your effects? considering the fact which you have no longer written your effects interior the way a statistician could i'm suggesting you're using the term "we" to signify participants of the human race of which you're additionally a member, or possibly you're using "we" to signify you're making a difference between people who have confidence in a prayer answering God and people who do no longer and you're inclusive of your self interior the latter team. the two way, you're making mere assertions that are no longer supported through genuine documents. Your so-referred to as test is equivalent to a documentary I as quickly as observed the place distinctive religious human beings have been praying for particular terminally ill human beings. This grew to become right into a television stunt that had no medical magnitude i'm afraid. For an test to be scientifically valid you should be waiting to administration all your variables and this grew to become into no longer something like a controlled environment.

I think, God doesn't bargain. It would be cruel
Therefore, most invocations of God will not accomplish what you want. God is not like "The Force", he does not respond to your commands, per se. Prayer, is a vehicle for offering praise, and opening yourself up to the Word.
Pray, and listen carefully...and the rest tends to take care of itself.
Or, I could be wrong.

For those who do know him and rely on him, Jesus seems to be wildly generous in his offer: "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you."5 To "remain" in him and have his words remain in them means they conduct their lives aware of him, relying on him, listening to what he says. Then they're able to ask him whatever they want. Here is another qualifier: "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him."6 God answers our prayers according to his will (and according to his wisdom, his love for us, his holiness, etc.).
Where we trip up is assuming we know God's will, because a certain thing makes sense to us! We assume that there is only one right "answer" to a specific prayer, assuming certainly THAT would be God's will. And this is where it gets tough. We live within the limits of time and limits of knowledge. We have only limited information about a situation and the implications of future action on that situation. God's understanding is unlimited. How an event plays out in the course of life or history is only something he knows. And he may have purposes far beyond what we could even imagine. So, God is not going to do something simply because we determine that it must be his will.

Its simple, Pray according to His Word:
John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
In other words pray to the Father in the name of Jesus. Not to St Mary, St Paul, Granny Goose, or anyone else!!!!!
What ever your petition is, make sure it is in line with the Word. In other words if you are pray for finances you would be in line with the word because of 11 Cr 8;9.
If you are praying for health you might pray according to
I Peter 2;24.
If you are praying for a mate you might use:
Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
If you are praying for someone to get saved you might pray the prayers of Ehpesians in Chapters One and Three.
But your primary prayer if you haven't already prayed it should be
Romans 10;9. A prayer for salvation.
And remember, for your prayer to be fulfilled will take some faith on your part.
Romans 10:17 So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
2Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
It may seem a little hard but it works. Remember you are praying to a God who loves you very very much.
And get used to praising the Lord. Praise is the language of God and Heaven.
I Cr 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!
