Fraternal twins are genetic, and the gene for them run through the females. My mom had my sister and brother, my cousin had her two girls, and now my sister is pregnant with twins (26, first pregnancy). What are the chances that I will have twins someday?

That is all the twins we have in our family, but we have my grandpa who is an identical twin, but that has nothing to do with it since he is a male and not fraternal.

I'm caucasian, 5'11' and average weight. (maybe 10 pounds overweight).

It is very possible, and here are other things that increase chances of twins:
If you are a twin
Fertility drugs/treatments (of course)
Having an african American Heritage
Being older when you get pregnant (over 35)
Being taller or overweight (with a BMI over 30)
The more times you've been pregnant, the more likely you'll have twins

There is a good possibility you will, but I don't think anyone can give you a hard number as to how likely it would be.
