Is there anyway that I can cure this. One side of my nose has been block for few years and once a while both of them are clear. I've been drinking medicine and it doesn't help at all. I wish there is a cure for this. Sigh.

i had this very same condition. it set in when i was about 10 and lasted a couple of years. my parents took me to the doctor, but he couldnt find anything wrong. i eventually just outgrew it. it spontaneously went away. one thing that did help was to put my head over a steaming hot bowl of water with a little Vicks vapo-rub in it. possibly it was some kind of undetectable sinus condition--who knows? i remember it was very annoying but not really harmful.

steam inhalation, with some oil of winter green. Cetrizine,breathing exercises can help you.
