ALL the lights in my house keep flickering, except the lamps, but nothing else is surging? What is up with that? Its starting to freak me out, just started doing it about 10 seconds ago, and it is doing it every couple of seconds?

I mean, its just the overhead lights? Nothing else? My tv is still on, modem, and desktop.

The lamps don't flicker because there's a steady flow of electricity going to them. The other lights must be fluorescent lights, so I'm guessing they're flickering due to something with the electricity.
Don't worry about it too much. It's not a ghost, or anything paranormal.

I don't know if you're serious or not but you might have an electrical shortage which could start a fire be careful.

the last house i lived in did that now the house is gone my grandpa knocked it down my mother shot herself there no joke it was haunted but she didnt freak me out ... Okay i think your trippin on some LSD OR SOMETHING
