If Kurt Cobain did kill himself then how come he had to much herion in his system to hold a gun how that work?

His report is 136 pages of staggering accusations and evidence that if the case would be re-opened would throw out the Suicide ruling and rule it as homicide.

good question. some guy on unsolved mysteries said that the amount of herion in his system was enough to kill even a frequent user 3 times over. that said, we don't know his tolerance.

however, he nearly overdosed a few months before, so, he couldn't have had too great a tolerance. but, it's been like 12+ years now. if anyone did kill him, they've gotten away with it.

but our hero kurt will live on in cd and mp3 players everywhere. for real, im listening to 'rape me' by nirvana now

He could easily have built up a tolerance thanks to previous overdoses, which could have been coupled with a massive injection just before the gun was fired. I knew someone who died of alcohol poisoning this way; Getting right to the limit, then ingesting a huge amount. When the body was found his blood alcohol was far past the lethal limit.
