CD Portfolio?

When submitting a CD portfolio for a photojournalism position, does the editor want just the "best of" .JPEG shots in your repetoire? Or do they want .PDF files of your published work in "print"?

Anyone can say they were published in X publication. Give them proof that you were published by including the pdfs
