I don't have the exact answer but I would bet anyone it is not the highest in the Prem. Not in the top 3, despite Liverpool's attacking play at home...
As for diving, again many teams are far worse, eg Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd. Liverpool have one of the best records on fair play. Check out the stats on that.
