Dear
Yes you should , because he has created the world.
Not only thank God but also , parents who are primerily responsible for bringing you on the earth, and also the nature which gives every thing free.
Imagine a world where nature asks for rain, air, earth ,etc.
Nature is more disciplined than human being
The Gods sun and moon never take any holiday
They do their duty
We should thank God
and please ask him for betterment of life and self confidence and not for giving you money
Because in God"s dictionery there is no meney. He has given every thing free ,We created the paper and calling that as money

do you thank your cells every day for continously performing the
electron transport chain
maybe you should thank god for things that you do know why you do rather than things you do just to live thank him (whatever he is) for existence that should cover all the topics and we know we can thank him for that that is if we want to still believe evolution and the big bang are still facts (note facts much like gravity cares less wether or not you believe in it)
