to like animals more than humans?
im 13 i have a ton of friends so its not like im some loser who only has a dog to talk to. Im just wondering if its weird.

No it isn't abnormal. Many people talk to their pets as if they were humans. If it's your pet you are talking about, many people feel a very close bond to the animal. Animals seem to be less prone to turn on you, and they never talk bad about you. You should talk to a professional about it if it concerns you, or you are not building health relationships with people.
I can tell you from experience, after serving in the Gulf War, I had better feelings towards animals, than most people. Animals are Innocent. They are like little children.
Either way, you should consider talking to a counselor about your concerns, rather than people on the Internet who only have personal views to share. A counselor might be able to help you re-evaluate your relationships, and help you find out why you have these feelings. I'm not implying that you are crazy. Most people could use the advice of a professional counselor in their lives. Feel free to talk to your parents about this as well. I hope this helps. Best of luck to you

Hey, i'm 13 too and my most fav thing in the world are animals i have loads of them. I like animals way more than humans and i 2 have loads of fwends. How can you not love something so cute and adorable.
I would so love to get a job helping animals like a vet or something but i would never even consider getting a job as a docter.
I dont think your weird at all :)

It's not weird, it's in our nature. Some even believe we evolved from the monkey. For some it is still an instinct, for others they have become so socialized that they tend to think less of the less dominant forms of life. The closer you are to all forms of life the more intouch you are with yourself and the meaning of life. all life forms share the same spark of life.

its normal to like animals more than humans. They give you unconditional love and will always be there for you when you need them, and very forgiving also. I would trust my dogs over many people I know...lol

differentiate between loving and liking,otherwise no.Assume a state where you have to help either human or petty in there starving situation.help a Dog let human Die?comeon baby girl Love me,petty is to be liked.Thanx

No. You need help fast and I'm not being a wise guy. To lose emotional content for human beings is not normal.

yes it's normal a lot of people get a long better with their dog or cat than they do with any humans.

Its normal...people do this to there animals because they do not talk back and they are always listening to what you have to say..
