Because the liberal media wants you to think that the majority think that. I dont believe it for a second. Do you really think the majority of people want us to run like chickens from Iraq? Not really.

Yeah, the responder is right: The liberal press just wants you to believe that.

If you were really the majority more would be done. Also most Americans understand that ALL modern governments protect their people in part by using secret intelligence.

In every war that's ever won or lost, "the people" must be kept in the dark to a certain extent because there are so many traitors. America is FULL of traitors, after all who do you think voted Pelosi in?

The majority of people let Bush & congress know how we feel about whats going on by electing Democrats to replace Republicans. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that Bush is affected by this than anything else. Just shows how damn arrogant he is & doesn't give a **** what we want.

While we can vote for reps & presidents, I doubt that there's much else that can be done with a Bush in office. He's inflexible.

We can't do anything most people in power will try to mislead their people to fit their own wants or needs and deep down we know that.our system is pretty good at least our leaders have to be replaced every few years so no one will have too much power for too long.So in a way we allready have done something about it.
