Writer's block is an awful conflict to experience. Here are some tips from my own collection of anti-writer's block activities:
*Get a big mug of coffee and drink it in a relaxing part of your house or infront of what you're writing on.
*Go for a walk
* Go to the bar and talk out (with a friend) what you are writing
* Call a friend and tell them that you have writer's block
* Switch pens or switch from lined paper to some pretty parchment
*Take a bath and purge your mind from any thoughts of what you were writing
* write in your journal for an hour
* Read a poem or three
*Switch projects to something that has a more immediate reward or gratification
I hope that helps.

Hi, Ms. Bored;
It's been my experience that most people who think they have writer's block actually have something else -- "Writer's Clog."
Writer's block is when you just have nothing whatsoever to say. You're totally bereft of ideas and you just stare at the screen with that deer-in-the-headlights look. If that's you're problem, there really is no solution. You can try all of the methods offered, but ideas don't come from long walks, movies or pots of coffee -- they come from thinking about the nature of the deficiencies in the manuscript.
As I say, most people don't suffer from this; they suffer from the other extreme of the spectrum -- they have too many things to say. They have a thousand thoughts that all get jumbled up and "clog" the brain. The ideas come faster than the hands can get them down on paper, and they simply get stuck. If this is your problem, get yourself a small hand-held tape recorder and carry it around with you 24/7. Whenever an idea pops into your head, just talk it out on tape stream-of-consciousness. It doesn't matter
what shape it's in; you can always clean it up later. But this way, you never again loose the "zing" of the creative moment. No more lost inspiration, no more clog -- just the pure stream of creative consciousness. Go for it.
Hope this helps. Cheers.

Writer's block is part of the experience of being an aspiring writer. Don't struggle trying to get out of it.. Just take a relaxing walk around places that stimulate your visual and audi senses. Inspiration will just come.

Make up your own stories. What pet peeve pushes your buttons? What subjects interest you? Why not check out the online "weird news" sites plus the Yahoo questions and answers in several categories for the demographic you're trying to reach? You're bound to come up with several ideas, then blend them together and, walla, there's your basic story. Good luck ☺ Gary Anderson author GAMEPLAYER: The Genesis Portal

I've got three words for you girl: READ and WRITE!
Take different books of classic masters you like and find good.
Do notes while reading.
What's more: watch a good movie and watch different interesting artistic pictures. Listen carefuly what people around you have to say. ANYTHING can be inspiration.
