The country with the most oil is really irrelivant in the long run. All resources will eventually run out. For now, oil is cheap and easy to obtain and use. What will replace it? We have the Alternatives to oil right now. Coal can be turned into oil and the USA has a hugh amount of it. Photo voltics are here right now and can be used to generate more than enough electric power than what is needed for most uses. If all homes and buildings were required to have PV Arrays which generated 110% of their power needs, then we could easily reduce our need for the Middle East. The infastructure is not their yet. It costs about $50-80,000 to put a PV Array on the average home in America to generate this. This would be an Array which would generate 5,000 watts of power. The average home uses about 1,500 -2,000 watts of power. Electrical generation during day light hours would be significantly increased. The electric grid would be greatly stregthened by this (a diverse network is stronger than a concentrated network). Our dependancy on Middle Eastern oil would be reduced. We could then work on Alcohol producing plants using this extra energy to produce Ethanol to run our cars, further reducing our dependency on Middle Eastern oil. If all cars ran on E85, then gas imports would drop by 80% from present day. None of this can be done overnight. This is critical to our Nation's long term survival. We need to stop bickering about grandiose problems and start working on solutions. Economics dictates this needs to be done. World politics dictates this. "Global Warming" shoudl dictate this. Practicality Dictated this. Lets stop the bickering and start getting to work at the solution. A better solution is always on the horizon --- so is the end of oil --- lets not wait that long to get the infastructure their. Lets do it now.

I think it would be those countries in the middle east countries like Iraq, Saudi Arabia and stuffs like that.
When oil runs out, the human race would do fine, I think. A bunch of Malaysian students have found out that the banana(or the skin) is capable in producing propane and somehow can make cars move.
So, banana would be the alternate energy and I guess Gwen Stefani's Hollaback Girl would be the song for it. Let me hear you say this S*It is banana, B-A-N-A-N-A...

In terms of strategic oil reserves, Saudi Arabia has the largest reserve of oil. Canada, of all places, has the SECOND largest oil reserve. When oil runs out our economy will shift automatically from oil dependency to something else, and it will happen in a very short time. Humans are rather resourceful. Some people would have you panic about the possibility of oil running out so they can push their agenda through congress and get special funding at your expense. Tell those people to go to H***. When the time comes the economic forces will make the shift. So don't sweat it.

the country with the most oil is supporting armed conflict so that the central economic system will persevere as long as possible. the first diesel engine was designed in the late 1800's to run on hemp seed oil.Hemp also will produce three crops a year.hemp MAKES GREAT PAPER.newspaper TYCOON Hearst purchased large tracts of Forrest for this purpose.Hearst also bankrolled Henry Anslinger who made himself the drug czar to impress one of the Mellon sisters.any one can grow hemp and benefit health wise and make his own fuel.the centralized economic interest ,read as the government of the people, would begin to decline if all the ideals we were taught in school were allowed top be the truth. In tn he conflict that affects the world now,the beneficiary's are the big players, not the people fighting to promote the conflict. Both sides are cannon fodder.
