i have gasoline in my cummins diesel, how do i drain the whole system?

drain fuel tank, replace fuel filter, unhook line going into fuel rail and turn key on to push last of it out of lines before taking fuel filter off. there may be a better way but thats how id do it. good luck.

That depends upon how much gasoline you have in it.

If you accidentally put one gallon of gas in a 20 gallon tank just top it off with diesel; you should be OK with up to about 5% gasoline. That's an old trick if you got stuck with "summer" diesel in a cold climate; it kept the diesel from gelling.

If you filled the tank with gasoline you'll have to siphon as much out as possible. Get the gage down as close to empty as possible and then fill it up with diesel. If you ran the engine at all after you put the gasoline in you should change all the fuel filters as well.
