maybe even play some tennis first,then jump into the pool!

I use to play tennis. I agree with swimming being the best because the only drawback is getting brittle hair and swimmers ear. The upside is improved cardiovascular, good muscle tone and no injury to the joints.

I use to swim competitively nationally (Australia), so i would go with swimming cause i loved it. I don't swim all that much anymore but it is great for fitness.

I love to swim, I am allergic to chlorine so I must wear nose & ear plugs, among other restrictions, so I don't swim as much as I would like.
