If you choose to express emotion there is always a reason. If you are reacting emotionally and cannot control it, then there is no choice involved, and no reason other than an overwhelming circumstance.

emotions are what make us higher beings. the ability to express them in words makes us higher still. emotions are the essence of what makes us unique from the person standing next to us. we have become affraid to express whatever emotions are not the norm because we actually fear, if you can believe this, being different from one another. our originality, what we are taught growing up makes us....us, is the very thing that we are afraid will have us cast from the crowd. how strange is this... the human mind?

No! why do you think I'm an artist!??? I express myself through anything I touch, hear, feel, write, paint ,...etc. and that's the cool thing about it; I don't need anybody's approval , and I just make it come out any way I can...
That's ONE form of freedom I found.
