Im from Northern california.
Best thing~ the weather , perfect balance of nature and high tec./quality lifestyle, oh and even though I'm straight I love our gay population, some of the best people I know.
Worst thing is it's soooo expensive here!
We're moving out of state, that's why I was wondering what you like and dont like about where you live, thanks everyone. Happy New Year...

the best thing about RI is that its on the water, the worst thing is that we are also the smallest state. its great in the summer because there are beaches everywhere, sun and sand. but the rest of the year its cold damp and usually snowy ( though so far this year knock on wood none so far) the absolute worst things about this state is the drivers, i mean we can get anywhere in RI in less than 30 mins but people still drive at 100mph, and turn signals dont get me started those i guiess are optinal equipment on your car, Though i dont recall receiving the memo on that one.so if you ever here in the ocean state watch out for them they will cut you off with out hesitation just to beat you to the exit by 10 feet.. in fact the more i think of it Oregons looking better and bette all the time...lol

My husband and I live on the Oregon Coast.
The best thing about it is being near and hearing the ocean.
The worse thing is that it rains and is windy a lot here.
It's a lot different than Southern California.

Even though I am not a native... I'm Brasilian. I live in Oregon now. I love the green, the beautiful springs and summers. It's clean and evertone is very 'green' and 'colorful' and lively. a lot of hipppy type, Bush haters! I don't like the constant whining and liberal B.S. like blaming white people for everyone's problems crap... basically, it's reverse racisim... you're too inferior to do it yourself so you need to just complain about it. I find it funny.

Oklahoma. The best thing is the low cost of living, the worst thing is the large number of uneducated, inbred and or unenlightened people. Well, the stupid people and the mosquitoes.

I'm from Ohio as far north as you can get! My house is the last one before Lake Erie...so we see BEAUTIFUL sunsets! I suppose there are bad things about Ohio...but I'm happy here.
