This is an error to do with some "broadband helper" software your ISP has installed on your computer and is easy to fix:

To work around this error:

Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge which should be something like:
\Program Files\your ISP Help\SmartBridge

Now find the file PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL

Now reboot the computer.

The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the C:\Windows\System32 directory and function normally...

The psapi.dll file I have to rename might also be found in
the folder:

C:\Program Files\SBC Self Support Tool\SmartBridge

Contact your ISP for removal instructions. Motive Smart Bridge is a garbage, useless program that is installed when using your service providers CD install disc. All it does is annoy and use up your computer's resources! It is NOT any kind of a virus or malware, however.

I have un-installed Motive Smart Bridge from every computer I have ever owned when an ISP has tried to sneak it onto my computer

DLL files are start up files that run your computer in the Registry , sounds like you got a glitch, don't worry about it as long as it is not having any affect on the way your computer is running, Six, O ya, thats windows for ya.

It doesn't mean anything by default, basicly you have your computer set up to start a specific program on default, and that program messes up when it tries to run, it may have been because you tried to delete the program or something of the like.

when you turn on windows an array of programs begin starting up this is one of them that is corrupt.
go to run and type in ms configure
click on start up try to identify it and uncheck it this will prevent anything you don't need to turn on when windows open it will also speed up your set up. turn off ipod if you dont need it etc etc
