I have heard that if you don't give the undertaker shoes and socks, that you will be buried barefoot. I was wondering if anyone would want to spend eternity with nothing on their feet?

Yes, because I wouldn't want my corpse feet to sweat and get stinky. That'd be embarrassing.

I want to buried in my wetsuit. Partly because I am a lifetime surfer, and partly because I want to know that the undertaker struggled like all hell to get me in that thing without breaking off some of my limbs. I guess we can file this under "bad surf humor".
Ultimately, I don't care how I look when I am buried, I am dead.

Being barefoot at death seems like a good thing since I am always barefoot in life. But, ultimately, I won't care since I will be DEAD and won't be able to complain too much.

I'm spending my life with nothing on my feet, so why would I want to spend eternity wearing shoes? Can't stand those things....

Most funeral directors do not bury people without at least something on their feet. I always make sure they have at least socks or slippers on their feet.

When I am dead please do nhot waste any money or time on this decaying tissue. Feed some poor people, help some others be free, do something besides putting socks and shoes in a box.
