how can i find the location of my long lost friend?

We attended same school at Central Luzon State Univesity in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija,Philippines. Her age is about 43-44 yrs now,her name is Rizpha Aguilar when she's still single, I don't know if she's married now,does she have an email address?
