No. Mine's fairly straight. It is, however, true that curvature up, down, left, right, to some minor degree is very common.
I guess curve up for missionary approach to G spot would be good and curve down for doggie approach to G spot would be good.
I'm just guessing. You'd have to ask the ladies if the curve makes any difference in G spot stimulation.

Mine is cured to upward and left side a bit . But not as a banana, only a very light curve.

Mine usually curves to the left, but I'm noticing it now curves upward when erect. Its all normal.
