It was episode 215 or week 5 from the show. I can't seem to find a download or a webpage with the video of the episode anywhere

You may have to register first, but it is free. Do an on site search for "So You Think You Can Dance 2" There are some posts that have direct file links to download the episode for free. The site I was taken to had me enter a visual conformation code. Right after that I could download the video. Most of the files are about 350 Megabytes and some about 700. Even if you have a really good internet connection it may still take a while to download.
