Personally, I'm amazed how a TV station can send us a signal, when it gets to our TV everything is in the right place for a beautiful picture. And it's done in less time than a heartbeat. Also jumbo jets. When one of those monsters flies over my head without falling is remarkable.

Space Shuttle, Space Stations, and Satellites.
Firstly, Satellite is a must have cause its probably the most important technology. Without them, planes cannot fly (weather forecast), humans can't communicate, TVs cannot work, computers will fail, GPS won't work, everything will be in total mess.
Secondly, a space shuttle will allow us to study other planets to find a substitute for earth. They open up new visions and insights for mankind.
Thirdly, a space station assist space shuttles or humans in space exploration. They act as a petrol station, storing supplies for space crafts to pick up to continue thier mission. They also assist the space shuttle in studying the universe in detail to bring us to another level of technoogy.

1) cell phones. they do so much now and are such a part of our lives - I personally don't have my own ;-p but always end up "borrowing" my daughters or husbands because I "need" it.
I like the camera/phone options also... we had a big fire in Santa Clara and so many people caught it on their camera phones before the news got there and turned in some amazing photographs.

2) Internet still amazes me. I often tell my mom, 'how did you live without access to internet!' Especially sites like this one: Yahoo Answers - when it's used as intended.
