LaDainian Tomlinson, actually I'd say LT is the best PLAYER right now, better than Manning. LT just put up the best season in history arguably, and he's got Gates and Rivers on his team. Shaun Alexander also deserves recognition as he's put up a few good seasons (except for this one, the Madden curse). Larry Johnson is also quite a good one, who we can expect to see a lot from in the future.

Larry Johnson. LT had an unmatched season behind a solid offensive line and a well-rounded offense. I just keep thinking of Terrell Davis when I think of LT and I hope he can hold up for 7-8 more years. Johnson played behind a banged-up line with a backup quarterback a great part of the season. To put up numbers like Johnson did this year given his circumstances was impressive as well.
