You should establish a laic republic, religion out of the gouvernment..
As we have always seen in this world, countries driven by religious people are due to fall and misguide their people into hate of the other having a different faith.
This is true for everybody, but especially today in middle east, israel and US.

That is a very vague question. But for starters you could get rid of your "president". He is a serious mental case and is going to get many Iranian's killed.
