Breathe deep the gathering gloom
Watchlights fade from every room
Bedsitter people look back and lament
Another days useless energies spent
Empassioned lovers wrestle as one
Lonely man cries for love and has none
New mother picks up and settles her son
Senior citizens wish they were young
Cold hearted orb that rules the night
Removes the colors from our sight
Red is gray and yellow white
But we decide which is right
And which is an illusion

Work out or go on a bike ride. Maybe that's how I got over 2,000 miles on my bike last year. Stress suck sweetie. Endorphines rock. There's nothing like a natural high.

become a stripper....I hardly stressed at all when I was naked and dancing...now I live in a hick town and can't do it at home because I have a small child who already thinks I'm crazy....but there is nothing like being free of clothing, putting on your favorite song and just letting loose.
