Below is a link to a comprehensive list. I would just pick some and try to find samples of their music on Amazon.com.
If you want some older ones, I would recommend Bryan Adams and Rush.

British track change into once larger lower back interior the 60s, 70s, and doubtless slightly of the 80s, inspite of the indisputable fact that American track has been larger interior the 90s and 2000s also, those artists are worth bringing up more suitable than Nirvana or Pearl Jam: The coastline Boys, The Velvet Underground, Tom Waits, television, Frank Zappa, Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan.

sorry, don't really know those ones you posted, but here's a couple off the top of my head: barenaked ladies, our lady peace, the band, sum 41, moxy fruvous, chantal kreviazuk (not sure on the spelling), 54-40, metric, the tragically hip, final fantasy, rush, RHEOSTATICS, alanis morisette. I'm sure there's a whole bunch more, but those were a few I could just think of, they're all great by the way (well, maybe not sum 41, but that's my opinion...)
thought of a couple more: stars, arcade fire, WOLF PARADE, the new pornographers, the hot hot heat, neil young, the unicorns, the islands
