Watch what you eat. Sometimes alcohol or caffeine will trigger bad dreams. Drink water before you go to bed.

The dream you're having is a sort of message. You like to investigate and try to solve things, but there's a problem with your confidence (hence the man with a squashed eye).

You sometimes feel unsure about projects and events in your life, maybe a relationship at work or at home. Stop worrying so much about things, talk them over with colleagues, family and friends and look to building your confidence a bit more, perhaps you might try to do some outside activity to help you.
