Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/d5f13

Yes, beta carotene helps eyesight, but try eye exercises, too. Focus on something close to you, then on something far away (across the room). Repeat about 10 times each. Then focus on something left, then something right, repeat. Make sure to focus on each chosen item before looking the other way. These exercises will strengthen your vision.

Start eating plenty of carrots like a rabbit. Every day monring come out of your house and watch with naked eyes the rising sun for 5 to 10 minutes. ( The solar rays will be good for your eyes). Do not keep yourself awake till midnight. Stop reading after dinner in the night. Keep reading only when you have sufficient light. And to top it all do not kepp your eyes glued to your mobile phone for a longer time

I use a natural eyewash made with Eyebright. It is suppose to prevent eye conditions such as cataracts. My eyes are clearer and the floaters are less obvious. I have not used this long enough to know if my vision will improve. time will tell.

hi , you can try to eat naturaly and reduce the amount of sweets , dairy products and animal foods
and try to meditate every day , otherwise you can do a simple exercice for your eyes
take off ur glasses
relax ur body and remove any tension with deep and easy breathing
and visualize a clock in front of you which shown 12 , 3 , 6 and 9
and first :
move your eyes (without moving your head) only clock wise from 12 to 3 to 6 to 9 (3 times) and then do it anti-clockwise (3 times) and then do only from 3 to 9 and try with your eyes to get the most side with ur view (three times clockwise and three times anti clock wise) and do it again but vertically from 12 to 6
n.b: important to be relaxed and not moving your head and move only your eyes ( try to do it 2 times per day)
and try to reduce using computers and t.v
and always meditate and relax
Love 2 u

Myopia is the result of an eyeball that is too long. Hyperopia is the result of an eyeball that is too short. Astigmatism is the result of an irregular cornea. So how are you going to physcially change these conditions? You can't. Glasses and contacts don't change the shape or irregularity but they compensate for the flaws. No food or herbal supplement can change these conditions but good nutrition that includes fruits and vegetables contributes to good overall eye health.
