Yes, I vaguely recall seeing video of an elderly woman with bound feet on Oprah once; Lisa Ling was on the show plugging a National Geographic show.

In my travels in western China, I have encountered several women whose feet had been bound in their youth. I even took a picture of one in Lanzhou who could walk a bit with a cane. Others I saw could only get around in a wheelchair as the had gotten a bit fat in their old age. They ranged in age from about 60 to about 85. No one has their feet bound nowadays. The practice fell out of favor after about the 1960s or so.
An old man in Kunming, China told me the practice was supposed to keep the woman close to home, since she could not walk far with such deformed feet and because it should have an opposite effect on a woman's hips, making her better fit to bear healthy children.
