Those of you who answerd that the color of the serial number and/or seal are correct.
And guess what - I was WRONG about my $100 bill. The red seal on the 100 started in 1966 to denote the first year that the seal was printed in English (instead of Latin). WOW - I got a hundred bucks AND a history lesson! (Yeah - I looked it up). I really thought it was a silver certificate - but this is even better!
