When the SRS(supplemental restraint system)/air bag , light is on, it means there's a fault detected in the system. It should be checked by a mechanic(Honda Dealer). They first hook up there scanner to retrieve a fault code, then from there they can diagnose the fault. It's something you can't do yourself without the proper equipment and training. Some common problems are seat belt buckles, clock spring , wiring , etc. Get my drift- Take it to your dealer

SRS red sign means that there is a problem with your air bag system.
Call the Honda Service Center and make an appointment.
You may choose to go to your local mechanic, but he may only turn the sign off without actually fixing the problem.

It stands for "Supplemental Restraint System". The cars computer runs a self diagnostic on the air bag system every time you start the car. It is seeing something wrong with the air bags. It is best to have a pro look at airbag stuff, because there is nothing worse than messing with them yourself and having to call the ambulance to have your own fist removed from your mouth after you accidentally touch it off. :O

That light is basiclly a reminder light. All vehicles have them know, it just is saying if you have not had your vehicle serviced recently, it is normally due at this certain amount of mileage. If you have had it serviced recently and you don't seem to find anything wrong, there is a black rubber plug on your dash, remove it and use a pen or pencil to press the deactivation button. If it still comes on after that call service. Another dead giveaway, if it automatically goes off after 5 mins of driving-it is just what I referred to above. Drive Safely

If you have the owner's manual it should say what that means. Otherwise use Google to check. When in doubt, call a mechanic or a dealer and ask what it means before making the appointment.
