During sex I repeatedly have vaginal dryness. My husband takes that as a personal insult. He claims that it means that I do not desire him enough, and that the reaction of my body says it all. I not only love my husband but I extremely desire him and would love to alleviate this problem so that we can actually have enjoyable sex, less complications. Please give me ideas in which to ease or eliminate this problem, thanks.

common problem for women.. happens to many many many .tell him its physical and normal..There are many lubricants on the market and also perhaps medicines that help promote the fluids in those areas.. ask your doctor perhaps they can prescibe something but you can pick up lubricants in almost any store ..grocery or places like walmart in the female hygene products areas..And please just tell him its normal..and alot of people have it.Just tell him to look it up on the internet.. good luck to you ..as I said happens to everybody.. maybe your hormones are not producing like they should best bet check with your doctor but in the meantime swing by your nearest store with pharmacy items in them and look for ky gel or others.

Use a lubricant like KY Jelly or Astroglide and add it to your foreplay.

Assure your husband the dryness is a problem many women have and you're not doing it on purpose.

I have the same problem.

A variety of conditions can cause vaginal dryness. Determining the cause is key to helping you find an appropriate solution. Some common causes include:

Decreased estrogen levels
usually occurs during menopause
Chronic yeast infection
Douching
The process of cleansing your vagina with a liquid preparation (douching) disrupts the normal chemical balance in your vagina and can cause inflammation (vaginitis). This may cause your vagina to feel dry.
Vaginal bacterial infection
Sjogren's syndrome
Medications
Cancer treatment medications.
Allergy medications.
Ulcer medications.
Antidepressant medications.
High blood pressure medications.
Sexually transmitted diseases
Vaginal trauma
Benign or malignant tumor
Try one of the lubricants at your pharmacy.

You need to use a vaginal lubricant like replens or astroglide. There are lots of lubs on the market and you can get them in any grocery, drug or walmart type store.

I'd suggest more foreplay. Perhaps if he went down on you his saliva would act as a natural lubricant. Otherwise, keep a supply of water-based lube at the bedside.

Explain to him that females are moister or drier depending on where they are in their cycle.

have a fling and see if the problem goes away. If not, you can then assure your husband that it's not him.
