Yes they can. They do not have a legal obligation to provide you with a roof over your head until you graduate high school. You are not an adult. So if you are acting out and they have threaten you with removal from the household - they can have the police take you out as a trespasser. So be a good guest in their household because now you are one.

My son is still in high school and 18, I would never kick him out of the house, unless hes 25 or older and not working, but I do not know if its legal or not. Good luck!!!

Yes they can. Try to be a good student and a good child. Do what you can to help out around the house. Maybe consider getting a job and helping out financially, that is, if you want to stay.
