To ask good questions means (or implies) you've applied your knowledge or wisdom on the matter. Moreover, such an approach or the means justifies the ends or the solutions of what you're searching. In other words, practical questions help us to wisely probe or reflect or meditate till we achieve the solutions. Therefore, our philosophy affects our decisions by means of rationailty, logic, theory of knowledge, morality, aestetics, etc.
