It's not your size as much as it is your flow.
I use super plus when it's really heavy, then reduce to super, then to regular.
Keep in mind, however, I am RELIGIOUS about changing my tampons every 2 or 3 hours (regardless of what my flow is), and I do not wear one overnight (I use a pad)...
I do this to minimize the risks of tampon associated Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

It doesn't matter what height or weight you are as tampons as sold by absorbency. You buy the absorbency that matches your period. If you have a heavy flow you would buy a super tampon and if you flow is normal then by regulars and if it is light use light absorbency. Some companies make a package that has some of each in the box so you can use them all without having to buy a separate box if your period is heavy for a day or two but normal after that.

Go by how heavy or light your flow is through your period.
It has nothing to do with your height and weight.

It is better to get lighter tampons and change them more frequently.

My little sister who is your size uses Tampax for Juniors...they're really easy to use and not too big. O.B. is also really nice because it's softer.
