Mortimer Goth has been showing up at his relatives houses, pushing them, poking them, and so on. When his son Alexander went to college, Mortimer would randomly come to the dorm and walk around. When I would try to click on him it would say that there were no actions for this character. Just now, I was playing Sims 2, and his granddaughter Isabella just moved into a house with her husband and is now expecting a baby. She was on the deck looking out of the telescope when he barged in, and shoved her. She of course shoved him back, and now they are furious with each other. Mortimer then left, and there were no actions available for him. What is going on?? She didn't do anything wrong to my knowledge, and even if she did, what does he have to do with it? Why is it his business? Does anyone know what is going on here and why it's going on??

If you look through the telescope during the day Mortimer considers it spying and he will come over and confront the sim doing it. Try only using the telescope at night when the "Stargaze" interaction is available instead of the "Look through" option. Just one of those quirky silly things Maxis puts in the game.

In every neighbourhood a random character is assigned to the 'Bully' role. S/he will do around a shove others and steal newspapers for no reason. In one of my neighbourhoods, the bully was a Hippy chracter that I created.

There is nothing wrong he is just objecting to you spying on him through the telescope (If i remember rightly it only happens if you use it in the daytime)or playing loud music. Wouldn't you get annoyed if your neighbours were using their telescope in your direction. We actually used to do it specifically to annoy him. You cant control him cause he is a computer visitor to annoy you

Often, when looking through the telescope during the day, your sims may be spying on people, hence why they get upset.
