McKenna is a very prett name. You know there are a lot of ways to say Elizabeth. Eliza as in McKenna Eliza. Lizabeth as in McKenna Lizabeth. Lizabet as in McKenna Lizabet, Lisa, McKenna Lisa
Beth as in McKenna Beth. You can even take out a few letters to get Lee as in McKenna Lee. Of course you can't use any of these legally until you get a name change, name changes only require a name change form from your local courthouse, not sure about the cost.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the name Mckenna. There was a little girl in my preschool class about 10 years ago. I've never met anyone else or even heard the name. Her mother said it was a combination of the family names Michael and Kenneth. I suggest it to everyone who is having a girl and if I was her name would be McKenna, but I'm having a boy. If your middle name is Elizabeth, then that makes it even more beautiful as it is my second favorite name. Congrats on your beautiful name.

McKenna is an awesome name, and is becoming popular among babies these days. You are very lucky. My daughter has a little 6 yr old friend named Kenna. It's an adorable name.
McKenna Elizabeth is perfect b/c Elizabeth is the most traditional, feminine name so that balances out with the originality of McKenna.

I think McKenna Elizabeth flows very well. I like it, I also saw on a baby show where the parents named the baby McKenna Claire, I thought that was pretty to

It is nice, but I wouldn't pair it with Elizabeth either. Too Regal to go with a trendy name like McKenna. I have a friend named Mackenna, and I tend to prefer that spelling, just because it doesn't look as much like a last name.
I love my name too..... it is Kirsten Martina

I love it! I agree that it doesn't really flow very well with Elizabeth though. Even thoug I love that name as well. The vowels at the ending of the first name and beginning of the middle name sound a little awkward together.
