i need to kno if the bobbin is supposed to spin when u try to knot it or push the pedal foot

I'm not sure what you mean by knot it. But yes the bobbin should spin when you push the foot pedal. Are you trying to fill the bobbin?

In my machine, the bobbin does not spin when you push the pedal. Instead it is pulled by the thread from the spool on top of the machine. There is no need to knot the bobbin.

Bobbins never should spin. If it does you don't have it in correctly. Only the hook and drive around it should spin.
