use only products with the simplest ingredients. sure theres lots of products specifically marketed towards bueaty dilemmas but they only add insult to injury. the chemicals and all that crap worsen your skin and make your skin dependant upon unnatural materials. your face is the most gentle skin you have on your skin, it needs only the purest components to keep it fit and glowing and clear.

The best advice was to embrace the organic lifestyle, not to put all those chemicals in my body. I was told to eat only organic food and drink distilled water and my skin will reflect that. In addition to using organic skin/hair/body products.

To get a near perfect wavy hairdo ( if you have long hair), put your hair in a bun on top of your head. The next day your hair will look awesome!

i was told to use "cold pressed sesame oil" as make up remover, cleanser, moisteriser and soooooooo many more things... and it the best stuff ive ever used and ive recommended it to a lot of my friends and they all think its fantastic too!
