Medium by miles.
GW is full of holes, and the fx are hokey. Medium is very well-written, especially this season. The characters are very likable, unlike many on GW, which are pretty sanctimonious. I think GW is geared toward 14 & younger girls, and the boys watch, you know, to watch Love jiggle.

Medium. It's well-written and well-acted, which is something I could never say about Ghost Whisperer.

It depends on what you like. If you like mysteries, Medium is your show. If you like drama (Tear Jerkers,) then it is Ghost Whisperer. Personally I would have to go with Medium, although I have my TiVo record them both. But, I never have a second thought about deleting Ghost Whisperer before I watch it.

Medium is the best show, but if you like boobies, go with Ghost Whisperer's Jennifer Love Hugetits

I much prefer Medium,however, I do like
GW also. I like how Medium seems to be including the family more. The girls are seeing more.
But then on GW her husband has been helping her alot and I like that also. Jennifer Love Hewwitt is hotter to watch. But much better acting on Medium all the way around. And the actor that plays the husband(wish I could rememeber his name) is really sexy.
