serious i don't know what it is, so i broke up with my x girl like 8 months ago, and after that didnt really felt like having sex. i was depressed, i kept myself bussy with alot other stuff, and now that i want to have sex it doesn't get hard as before? i dont think its a fisical problem im on my best shape at this moment! what should i do?

are you on med's that can kill till it is out of your system i know iv'e been on med's since 1987 that was the last time it got hard it's time to go see a urology doc

did you go on anti-depressants during your depression? if so, then thats likely the problem--they are notorious for causing erectile problems. they can take quite a while to get out of your system too.

i think its my be related to your mental health as the hormones secretion mostly depent on the human emotion and mental health.

try to not hink of the past. start a new life. there are a lots more girls out there. just go n enjoy. (^_^)

Depression can sure cause this problem. You didn't say your age. You can always see a doctor.
