If your measurement was larger as compared to your last measurement, yes, your breasts might have grew.

Use a measuring tape when measuring and its more accurate when you take your shirt off. If not, then wear a thight fitting tee.

Congrats for the wedding =)

No on taking your shirt off, not if you don't want to. Some folks are more modest than others, and it is not a crime.
However, the form of a lady is very important, but having measurable breasts miss's the point. Being a lady who likes herself and projects that in her movements and timing is always beautiful. Just envision being the form of a woman, that caring about life, the grace of being female, the line of the chin, neck, ankle and stomach are major appeals to men and other woman.
Just be a healthy woman and you will be attractive, whatever your measurements are on that day.
Have fun!

I think you need to spend a little more time practicing your writing skills and a little less time worrying about your boob size. You lost me. And how are we suppose to know if you grew or not? That's why you get measured.. to see if you grew or whatever.

I think I understand now slightly what you are asking... you only have a metal tape measure, not a flexible one... Try this, measure yourself using a piece of ribbon or something long and flexible, mark the measurement with your fingers and then measure it flat using the tape measure.

Places like victorias Secret measure you for free. You do not need to take off your shirt.

Well, the things that might make you grow are age, hormones, and "additions" to your bra.

Your brests can still grow, but it's slower than it was during puberty. there is a chance you grew. (pregnancy will definately make you grow).

Be sure to have them add an inch or two so you can breath.
