For putting on weight and developing a better physique, I would suggest:
1.Eat well, eat more healthy stuff and enjoy eating. Eat more fruits, especially bananas. While it is okay to add ghee / butter to your food, eat less fried food like chips etc, they are fattening AND unhealthy
2.Check with your doctor if you have intestinal worms. They prevent you from putting on weight. They can be easily cured by having an Albendazole tablet or the like.
3.Exercise more. Do more weight lifting / working out with machines, than aerobics or running. Weights help you build muscle, and give you a better appearance. Note: exercising with weights burns a lot more calories, so you will have to eat more.
4.While stretching might be harmless, I would suggest you don’t go for hormone treatment. You might have to endure side effects.

For increasing your confidence:
I speak from personal experience. Believe that you are good looking. That will be reflected in your posture and interaction with others. People are more impressed by a friendly, confident person, than by a person with better looks. Smile a lot, and say a hi to everyone you in your college. Make more friends, and enjoy what you do. Good Luck.

Forget all that limb-stretching nonsense. Instead, do what I had my closest friend do... who was 5'10 and weighed 130. I got him into the gym 3-4 times a week, lifting increasingly heavier weights to build muscle (6-8 reps... 1 warm-up set and 3-4 working sets)... and drinking a protein drink 1-2x a day. Try Optimum Nutrition 100% Natural Whey. 2 scoops of that plus 1 scoop of N-Large by ProLab. Put it in a blender with water... a frozen banana... a teaspoon of cocoa... a tasblespoon of non-fat plain yogurt... and a glassful of ice. Yum. He packed on lot of muscle and looks great now! He currently weighs about 155-160 and is LEAN, LEAN, LEAN! It literally changed his life. If he were at my house now, I'd have him tell you about it. You need to INCREASE YOUR CALORIC INTAKE with QUALITY calories and then BUILD MUSCLE in the gym. If you do this properly, you can look awesome! Good luck my friend!

Eat and eat. Then burn that fat to muscle. It might take a while but it will make yourself bigger.
