I am trying to create a funny video and I need some ideas and opinions on the worst jobs possible. Something that three 15 year olds can handle. Not too extensive... Something funny and at the same time the WORST job that you've ever heard of/seen! Thanks.

Have you seen the TV show Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel? It's a good show and you could get some ideas. A few I can think of are:
Sanitation Worker, Stable Boy, Packing Plant Worker, Veterinarian (especially when they are delivering large animals like horses and calves - really messy and slimy), Construction Sign Holder (talk about a boring job!), Detox Center Worker (imagine cleaning up all that puke!), Junk Yard Sorter, Rodeo Clown (would you want to put on a funny costume and risk getting killed by a bull?)
