no because it's not nice. it might me funny to you but not to the people you are making fun of unless like that person is your best friend and you know them really well. and like you kid around all the time than it's ok.

I used to but that was a while ago, i was just little. Now I sorta tease people but I'm just joking so i tel them i'm joking. I hate being mean.
