here is wht i found on his official website :

METAMORPHOSIS M.C. Escher, during his lifetime, made 448 lithographs, woodcuts and wood engravings and over 2000 drawings and sketches. Like some of his famous predecessors, - Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, D�rer and Holbein-, M.C. Escher was left-handed.

OK THAT'S a real weird question....I'M A PROFESSIONAL ARTIST AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW MANY DRAWINGS I've DONE in my lifetime.. I THINK I've lost count after the 1HUNDRED thousandth one...wouldn't you?
