This may be be a specific compound, but it will be classified as a Class IA flammable liquid. These include Ethyl amine, Ethyl ether, Heptane, Pentane, Isopentane, Propylene oxide and Vinyl chloride.

These compounds have a Flashpoint below 73° F (22.8° C) and a Boiling point below 100° F (37.8° C).

Ethyl ether (also called Diethyl ether) and petroleum ether (a mixture of pentanes and other low boiling hydrocarbons) are used as automobile starting fluids.

You would be wise not to play with these. Richard Pryor and others have been burned very badly by using these fluids inappropriately.
