sure I'd like to answer this question.....confidence is No.1....also metroman style, clean, bathed and smelling great, if not slim, on the way to slim, if you overweight, just get with a program, there's lots out there. Also someone with a hobby, whatever it is, and in school, any type school added in with the regular job.....on the way to building a newer fresher man on the inside...pick bowling, building planes models, desigining, anything at all to keep busy not just drudge along on life's path...also a really clean home, good in the kitchen....throw some paint on the walls of build furniture....that kind of stuff...not just someone in front of the web, blah blah blah with the video games...fun, and a good listner......good luck....oh if you have all these things, you can be a better stud...plus get on your omega 3-6 and don't eat too much meat, it makes you stink, it's just so overdone..3 veges and 3 fruit a day, walk half an hour a day everyday...you see if you energy is creating something your just waiting for that special lady to also heat up your evenings but not in a slimy way, like sex is all you want...be balanced.....good luck..

When I think of someone other's label as a stud, I think of an overly dressed up man.. Someone smooth yet not very deep... I don't think a stud is attractive at all... manipulative and shallow I'd say...
Hope you don't become one...
