first try oil of oregano and then do a mustard plaster . Get dry mustard and boiled water and make a paste then spread it on a tea towel. then fold it in half and put it on your chest . be careful though it will burn if you leave it on too long. The other suggestion i have is getting gel capsules from the health food store and put organic cayenne and golden seal powder in them. You should have some probiotic yougurt first and then take the capsule and make sure you have more yougurt on top of the capsule. the other thing is to make sure that you wear a wool hat and wool socks the whole time that you are sick this is my suggestion . I have had phnuemonia 4 times now

Someone else mentioned garlic, lemon and honey -- all great choices. I've also fought colds and flu with ginger. Boil a bunch of it into a homemade soup and drink as much as you can.

Drink all the liquid that you can consume. There is no cure, or medication that will cure your flu. It may relieve some symptoms. You can do nothing but drink liguids, and clear soup for seven days and get well, or spend a fortune on meds for seven days and still get well.
